A Management - Student Meeting Was Held at Our Vocational School

A “Management - Student Meeting” was held at our Vocational School, bringing together student representatives and the school administration.

The meeting, held on October 14, 2026, in the meeting room of our Vocational School, was attended by first and second-year student representatives from the Elderly Care, Social Services, and Occupational Health and Safety programs.

During the meeting, the views and suggestions of students regarding their education processes were discussed, while course schedules, exam processes, practical opportunities, improvements in physical environments, and expectations regarding students' social lives were evaluated. Additionally, discussions were held on activities that would support students' professional development, collaboration opportunities with institutions, and strengthening communication between student representatives and the school administration.

In the meeting where the requests and suggestions conveyed by student representatives from their classes were listened to, the importance of identifying the needs related to students' educational lives and adopting a solution-oriented approach was emphasized. Within the framework of the discussed topics, the evaluation of feedback from students and the implementation of improvement efforts in necessary areas were addressed.

Our Vocational School administration will continue to meet with student representatives in line with a management approach that values students' views and suggestions, is participatory, and open to communication, and will work towards the improvement of educational processes.
