2025-2026 Education-Teaching Spring Semester Course Registration / Registration Renewal Announcement

Course registrations will begin on February 2, 2026, at 10:00 AM.

 

The course registration/renewal procedures for the Spring Semester of the 2025-2026 Academic Year at our university will be conducted between February 2, 2026 - February 5, 2026, and add-drop transactions will be conducted online between February 9-12.

 

The steps to be followed during the registration renewal via the Student Automation System:

* To register for courses, log in to the Student Information System via MAKÜ-Net. Click on the “Course Registration” button in the Course and Semester Transactions menu. After selecting the courses on the opened screen, use the “Check” button to verify the courses. Then, the “Confirm” button will become visible. By clicking the “Confirm” button, the courses you have confirmed will be sent to your academic advisor's page. After the approval of the academic advisor, your course registration will be completed.

 

* The course registrations of students who select courses will be finalized after the control and approval of the academic advisor.

* Courses that are not approved by the academic advisor cannot be registered and will not be considered as registered.

 

IMPORTANT: Every transaction related to course selection and registration renewal is recorded by date, time, and user. Therefore, all responsibility belongs to the student who registers and renews their registration and their academic advisor.

 

Contribution Fee/Tuition Fee 

All students studying in the first education program can carry out course registration transactions without paying the contribution fee.

During the course registration/renewal process, the contribution fee/tuition fee can be learned from the “Fee Information” menu in the Student Information System, and after the payment of the contribution fee/tuition fee is made by specifying the student number at any Vakıflar Bankası branch in Turkey or via internet banking, the course registration process will be carried out.

 

Payments made via internet banking are done by selecting “Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University” from the payments/other payments/education payments menu with student numbers. It is absolutely necessary not to perform an EFT transaction during the contribution fee/tuition fee payment process.

 

Students who need to register for courses after paying the contribution fee/tuition fee;

Students of the second education and distance education programs, (including preparatory classes)

First education students who have completed the program duration, (including those who have completed the maximum study period or those who have completed the maximum study period)

Students registered at another higher education institution, (of the last program they were registered in)

Students completing their bachelor's degree,

Students accepted from abroad (foreign nationals) cannot register for courses without paying the contribution fee/tuition fee.
