As the Occupational Health and Safety Program of Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University Çavdır Vocational School, we aim to contribute to the creation of healthy and safe environments in working life, to train qualified professionals based on scientific knowledge, adhering to ethical values, and developing a sense of responsibility. In today's world, the diversification of production processes, the concentration of the workforce, and technological advancements make the prevention of workplace accidents and occupational diseases more important than ever. In this context, the need for equipped human resources in the field of occupational health and safety is increasing.
Our program aims to provide our students with up-to-date knowledge and skills in the field of occupational health and safety within a training approach that integrates theoretical knowledge with practice. Our expert academic staff, practice-oriented course contents, contemporary educational approach, and 3+1 education model work to maximize our students' professional competencies. We care about our students not only having technical knowledge but also developing a sense of ethical responsibility, being inclined to teamwork, being able to foresee risks, being solution-oriented, and being able to think critically.
