Announcement About Horizontal Transfer Applications for the 2025-2026 Academic Year Spring Semester

Our university's horizontal transfer applications for the 2025-2026 Academic Year Spring Semester will be made ONLINE as specified in the attached quotas. The application schedule, quotas, and regulatory information are in the announcement attachment. Required documents will be uploaded to the application system in pdf format during the application process.

HORIZONTAL TRANSFER APPLICATIONS:
1- With Grade Point Average;
With General Weighted Grade Point Average;
- Inter-Institutional (Domestic) Same Program ,
- Inter-Institutional (International) Same Program, (Students with Turkish citizenship)
2- With Central Placement Score (Additional Article 1);
- Can be made to the Same or Different Program.

APPLICATION LOCATION:
Applications will be made electronically through the online application system. Applications will not be accepted in person or by mail.
APPLICATION DOCUMENTS:
- ÖSYM exam result document (document containing all score types)
- ÖSYM placement result document
- Approved student document (can be obtained from the e-Government system.)
- Approved transcript document (can be obtained from the e-Government system.)
- Document proving that students applying for horizontal transfer to programs with a mandatory preparatory class have passed the preparatory class at their previous school or have obtained a passing score from national or international language exams recognized as equivalent by the Interuniversity Council. (If any)
All documents must be in pdf format.
ANNOUNCEMENT OF RESULTS:
Application results will be announced through the horizontal transfer application system.
REGISTRATION PROCEDURES FOR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES:
Final registrations of candidates placed in the university will be made online between the specified dates.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED DURING REGISTRATION:
Document showing that the candidate has not received a disciplinary penalty.
Document stating that there are no movable items such as books, materials, devices, etc. in use at the University to which the candidate is registered, indicating that there is no obstacle to their horizontal transfer. Students must submit the document proving that there is no obstacle to their horizontal transfer during registration or after registration.
Document showing that the candidate has not previously made a horizontal transfer with Additional Article-1. (For those who made a horizontal transfer with Additional Article-1)
DISCONTINUATION PROCESS:
The student who has gained the right to register will not perform any discontinuation process from the university they are currently registered at. The discontinuation process will be carried out through official correspondence between universities after registering at our university.
EQUIVALENCE:
The student who has gained the right for horizontal transfer will submit an equivalence petition to the student affairs unit for exemption procedures after registration. The class they will be equated to, the duration spent in their registered higher education program, and the courses they have passed will be evaluated by the equivalence boards.
